TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The campaign is valid only on October 28, 30 and 31, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., or while supplies last. 
  2. The campaign consists of giving away a free phone case and tempered glass to each customer who comes in costume to our stores: 
    • 10771 Beach Blvd #207 Jacksonville, FL 32246 
    • 8620 Baymeadows Rd Jacksonville, FL 32256
    • 9965 San Jose Blvd Unit #47 Jacksonville, FL 32257
  3. The customer will be able to choose the case they like the most among those available in the store, as long as it is compatible with the model of their phone. 
  4. The campaign is limited to one case and one tempered glass per customer. It will not be possible to change the case once it has been delivered, unless it has a manufacturing defect.
  5. To participate in the campaign, the customer must come with a Halloween-themed costume or mask. 
  6. By participating in the campaign, the customer authorizes Super Phones to use his image for advertising purposes, without the right to claim any compensation.
  7. Super Phones reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time, without prior notice, for reasons of force majeure or any other justified cause.
